Fantastic to catch up with such an inspiring professional Iron woman over the IMWA weekend. Yvonne van Vlerken was seen doubled over at stages on the run and still managed to finish in third when it looked like her day was over - a really gutsy performance and a 3:15 marathon. She has had multiple wins this year at Iron distance races including Challenge Roth. Here she is the day before the big race - wait for the last question which completely catches her off guard!
